On the morning of August 7th, “Witness Friendship” 2025 Summer Home and Abroad News Press Junior Journalists had an exclusive interview with Ambassador of Guinea to China H.E. Mrs. Aminata Koita.
几内亚共和国位于非洲西部大西洋沿岸，民族特色的雕塑、壁画、手工艺品琳琅满目，多姿多彩。几内亚驻华大使阿米娜塔·科伊塔是中几建交以来几内亚首位驻华女大使，美丽与智慧于一身，她深切的感受中国这个国家的稳定、好客和开放。
The Republic of Guinea, situated on the Atlantic coast of West Africa with an array of vibrant ethnic sculptures, murals, and handicrafts. Ambassador Aminata Koita is the first female ambassador of Guinea to China since the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries. Combining beauty and wisdom, she deeply appreciates the stability, hospitality, and openness of China.
上午11:00，小记者挥动中几两国国旗、列队进入几内亚驻华大使馆, 受到几内亚驻华大使阿米娜塔·科伊塔女士的欢迎，小记者们一一向大使问候，祝福她在中国生活工作愉快！
At 11:00am, the junior journalists waved the flags of China and Guinea as they marched into the Embassy of Guinea in China. They were welcomed by Ambassador Aminata Koita. Each junior journalist greeted the Ambassador and wished her a pleasant life and work in China!
“阿米娜塔·科伊塔大使您好！我们小记者能采访您感到非常高兴。您2023年4月24日在北京人民大会堂向习近平主席递交国书，正式成为几内亚首位驻华女大使，我们向您表示祝贺！中几建交66年来，双方在政治、经贸、科技、教育等领域积极开展合作，共同致力于构建公正的多极世界格局。你认为：两国青少年如何为进一步推动中几友好关系贡献自己的智慧和力量？谢谢！”
“Dear Ambassador Koita, it is our honor to have this interview with you today. On April 24, 2023, you presented your credentials to President Xi Jinping in Beijing, officially becoming Guinea's first female ambassador to China. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to you! Over the past 66 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Guinea, the two countries have actively cooperated in various fields such as politics, trade, science and technology, and education, jointly committed to building a fair and multipolar world order. In your opinion, how can the youth of both countries contribute our wisdom and efforts to further promote friendly relations between China and Guinea? Thank you!” we asked.
大使回答：“感谢您的提问，这对我来说意义重大，因为青少年真正代表着我们两国的未来。66年来，中几两国始终保持着真诚友好的关系和富有成效的合作。今天，你们可以通过关注彼此的文化和语言，加强学术、科学、体育和艺术交流，并在技术、农业和环境保护等关键领域共同创新，为彼此做出贡献。在马马迪·敦布亚总统的领导下，几内亚将青年教育和培训以及提升妇女地位置于国家发展的核心地位。我坚信，青少年凭借他们的热情和创造力，是建设一个更加公平、更加平衡、更加团结世界的真正驱动力。”
The Ambassador said: “Thank you for your question. This is of great significance to me, as young people truly represent the future of our two nations. For 66 years, China and Guinea have consistently maintained sincere and friendly relations and fruitful cooperation. Today, you can contribute to each other by deepening academic, scientific, athletic, and artistic exchanges through mutual engagement with each other's cultures and languages, and by jointly innovating in critical fields such as technology, agriculture, and environmental protection. Under the leadership of President Mamady Doumbouya, Guinea has placed youth education and training, along with the advancement of women, at the heart of its national development strategy. I firmly believe that young people, with their passion and creativity, are the true driving force behind building a more equitable, balanced, and united world.”

“您好大使阁下，您是一位优秀的外交官也是一个好妈妈，请问：您是怎么教育你的孩子的？他们长大后也会像你一样成为外交官吗？您作为几内亚驻华外交官，请你谈谈您对中国的印象。谢谢！”
“Hello Ambassador, you are an outstanding diplomat and a good mother. How are you guiding your children? Will he grow up to become a diplomat like you? As a Guinean diplomat in China, please share your impressions of China. Thank you!”
阿米娜塔·科伊塔大使谈到像所有母亲一样，我一直致力于让我的孩子接受基于尊重、勤奋和热爱祖国的教育。我的孩子们选择了自己的道路：他们没有成为外交官，而是在私营部门工作，尤其是在采矿、创业和其他经济领域。我为他们的职业生涯感到骄傲，因为对我来说，最重要的是他们有责任感、奉献精神，并以各自的方式为几内亚的发展做出贡献。 至于我对中国的印象，我深深地钦佩它。它是一个文化极其丰富的国家，在实现令人瞩目的现代化发展的同时，也保留了其传统。中国人民的纪律性、活力和热情好客给我留下了深刻的印象。我希望我们两国人民能够继续增进了解，相互激励，因为只有这样，我们才能进一步加强友谊。
Ambassador Koita shared that like all mothers, I have always strived to give my children an education rooted in respect, diligence, and love for their homeland. My children chose their own paths: they did not become diplomats but instead work in the private sector, particularly in mining, entrepreneurship, and other economic fields. I am proud of their careers because, for me, what matters most is that they are responsible, dedicated, and contribute in their own ways to Guinea's development. As for my impressions of China, I deeply admire it. It is a country of immense cultural richness that has achieved remarkable modernization while preserving its traditions. The discipline, dynamism, and hospitality of the Chinese people have left a profound impression on me. I hope our two peoples will continue to deepen mutual understanding and inspire one another, for only through this can we further strengthen our friendship.
离别时，阿米娜塔·科伊塔大使饶有兴趣的给小记者签名，还在来自柳州小记者代言的画版上签名，每一位小记者都给大使送上自己精心准备的礼物，大使对中国少年儿童送上的祝福，小记者们祝愿中几友谊源远流长。合影时，大使同小记者欢呼：中几友谊万岁！
Before leaving the embassy, Ambassador Koita graciously signed for the junior journalists. She also signed the artworks presented by the junior journalists from Liuzhou. Each junior journalist presented their homemade gifts to the ambassador. The ambassador extended her blessings to the children of China, while the junior journalists wished for the enduring friendship between China and Guinea. When taking the group photo, the ambassador and the junior journalists cheered together: “Friendship between China and Guinea go on forever!”
